Our new counting and sorting equipment handles all aluminum cans and all 0 - 1 litre clear plastic bottles, as well as aluminum and glass liquor, wine, juice and imported beer containers.
You may bring them mixed together in the same box or plastic bag for your convenience (please keep the caps on and do not squash them). Please be sure to rinse all containers that once held milk or dairy products, including jugs, cartons and bottles for obvious reasons. We reserve the right to refuse any unsanitary order.
Let’s make an effort together to make recycling worthwhile and save Mother Earth!

CALGARY DEPOT’S MOVE TO SUPPORT FOOD BANK
In Calgary, many people have been struggling with hunger issues for several reasons, including rising food costs, job loss, and economic downturn, making it difficult to fulfill their hunger requirements. The Calgary Depots have stood out, acknowledging the problem and extending help. They run a critical bottle drive to support the local Calgary food banks. This initiative also helps reduce food insecurity by contributing to fulfilling the hunger needs of several people.
This campaign against hunger has seen immense support and participation from the residents. It allows people to turn their bottles and cans into a hamper of eatables and food. Your bottle returns can make a difference! Bring your empties to a depot and donate the refund to the Calgary Food Bank. This drive has a positive impact and effort that can lead to addressing essential needs within the community.

Be a Part of Our Bottle Drives to Help Mighty Max
Max is a two-year-old who suffers from a rare disease known as Spinal Muscular Atrophy (type 2). His family is working towards raising $2.8 million to pay for the dug Zolgensma. It's a gene therapy medication, and the drug is not currently funded in Canada, but the Max's parents are hoping to change this.
Recently, Beddington Heights Bottle Depot organized city wide bottle drives which collected $45,000 for Max. The cheque was presented to Max's parents who have already raised close to a million dollars!
We are thankful to residents all across the city who have been actively supporting Max and his family by putting their bottles together in the bottle drives organized in the recent past. Beddington Heights Bottle Depot is still accepting donations for Mighty Max. If you want to help, please call us.
